People know me for love to cook delicious dishes always for family and friends. Whether it’s a veg or non-veg delicacies, I spoil family and friends by the way I cook the exotic dishes on any occasion, and they normally got floored by the tastes, aroma, and a unique flavor, which comes out straight from my magical fingers. I prepare the dish by researching in the finer details of the perfect selection and right blend of sacred Indian herbs and exotic spices to bring it on the table with a soul. I wish to extend the same delicacy with the biryani enthusiasts, and later on, the addition of more mouth-watering dishes will make the way in due course of time.


Tahari Chicken Biryani

Tahari Chicken Biryani is prepared with aromatic basmati rice that is little roasted in ghee in the pan, then chicken gravy is added into it along with fresh ground spices, on the little flame so that the basmati rice becomes fluffy and chicken becomes tender and juicy.
